Ben Newman is the Founder and Managing Director of Emmerick Group. He leads the business around a focused delivery model: specialist capital project recruitment, fewer client relationships managed in depth, and long-term partnerships built around project requirements rather than recruitment volume.
Ben’s career began in project staffing across the energy sector. A cardiac arrest later prompted him to reassess his priorities and establish Emmerick around a different approach to recruitment — deeper accountability, closer client relationships and a stronger understanding of the work behind each requirement.
The Emmerick name honours Ben’s grandfather, who was a prisoner of war during the Second World War. His resilience became part of the thinking behind the company’s identity and the way Ben wanted the business to approach long-term relationships.
